1) Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your return must be requested and approved within this window.


2) Return Eligibility (Condition Requirements)

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition you received it

  • With all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • With proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Items returned with signs of wear, washing, stains, odors (including deodorant/perfume), damage, or missing tags/packaging may be considered unacceptable and may not be refunded.


3) Items We Can’t Accept (Hygiene + Final Sale)

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Panties

  • Thongs / g-strings

  • Bikinis

  • Any similar intimate items

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

Certain product categories are also non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care / beauty items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

4) How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • A brief reason (optional, but helpful)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send:

  • A return shipping label (when applicable)

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.


5) Return Shipping & Responsibility

If you’re returning an item for a non-defect reason (fit change of mind, preference), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If we made an error (wrong item shipped) or the item arrives damaged/defective, SleeknSheek will cover return shipping and make it right.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (if you are arranging return shipping yourself). SleeknSheek cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit without tracking.


6) Return Timing (After Approval)

Once your return is approved, your package must be sent back promptly. Returns must be received within a reasonable timeframe after approval to remain eligible.


7) Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you on the best solution.


8) Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right size/style is:

  1. Return your item

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item


9) Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank/credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
